The Bathroom can be built at lvl 20. The Hotspots are as followed:

1 x Sink
1 x Shower
1 x Bath
1 x Toilet
1 x Cupboard
1 x Shaving stand

Sink

Lvl 17: Pump and Drain
Lvl 26: Pump and Tub
Lvl 39: Sink

Shower

Lvl 30: Shower
Lvl 75: Healing Shower

Bath

Lvl 23: Bathtub
Lvl 75: Healing Bathtub

Toilet

Lvl 20: Hole
Lvl 31: Hole with seat
Lvl 41: Fancy Hole
Lvl 61: Flush Toilet
Lvl 81: Fancy Flush Toilet

Cupboard

Lvl 10: Simple Wooden cupboard
Lvl 15: Basic Wooden cupboard
Lvl 22: Wooden cupboard
Lvl 33: Simple Oak cupboard
Lvl 49: Basic Oak cupboard

A Toilet and Normal Showers and Baths has no practical use in the game, but give an animation where the character sits on the toilet/goes into the bath/shower and curtains cover the screen. Parts like the Character's Waist and Buttocks (Men) and Waist, Buttocks and Breasts (Women) get blurred while performing actions like Bathing and Showering.

A Cupboard contains different supplies like First Aid kits, Soaps, etc.
