What utter rubbish. Black magyk *lightning* can be used by anyone, provided they are not destroyed by its power. Black Magyk *lightning* is darke and evil, but anyone can use it (well, anyone with a very strong will.) The problem is that, due to the fact that only strong willed people can use Black Magyk *lightning* and not die, practicers of the art are very powerful and accomplished. Darke magyk isn't the same, anyone can use Darke magyk and not be strong willed.

P.S. It is impossible to hide anything from a God as powerful as the Almighty One, or to kill any God. The best we can do is to stop worshipping to bring down their power so that they are barely immortal.
